We are from China. As an authorized retailer of Soccerstarz, I have been selling collectible figurines since 2013, marking 12 years in this business. Over the years, in addition to offering Prostars, Microstars, and Soccerstarz products, I have also introduced repainting and customization services.

Q: Why are some custom figures moving to 3D-printed versions?
A: Please note that we are using the final original figure available for the current repainted items shown. Once sold, future versions of this character will be 3D-printed to ensure availability. However, we still offer Custom Repaint Services if you send in your own original base figure.

Q: About Payment 
A: Currently, we only support manual PayPal payments due to service limitations for individual sellers in China. After placing your order, please follow the instructions to complete the payment via PayPal.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via China Post Registered Air Mail. All shipments include a tracking number for your peace of mind. Delivery to most countries typically takes Estimated 14–28 days.
